Tough rock, this one. Completely blunted an angle grinder blade in less than five minutes! Bit of a learning adventure I think. Very beautiful though 🪨
Working from an idea, I formed it loosely in clay then carved it into stone. A really good learning tool during my beginnings in sculpture.
2022- learning about placement within the environment and how that can enhance your work. Really interesting and challenging trying to figure out relationships between place and these personal works.
